My Mother and I met with Thomas Gagnet twice to update her account. When tax time rolled around and I called to check on the docs, I was informed he was not and hadn't been my mother's advisor for almost a year. Nothing had been updated and the 2 trips and hour waiting was for nothing. I wouldn't trust him with a dime of my money. My 91 year old Mother has been a customer since 1992, terrible customer service.
