My fiancé and I were gifted a pack of group dance classes leading up to our wedding and honestly, were both skeptical because we’re not great dancers and have never done anything like that. We have been so pleasantly surprised by our Friday night classes at Toledo Ballroom and ended up looking forward to them every week! They made wonderful date nights during a busy planning season and even though our first dance is not fully choreographed, we’re incorporating a lot of what we learned in the group classes. The classes were so fun and easy to follow, even with no dance experience.We are already planning on gifting our engaged friends a pack of classes because of our awesome experience!

Kent is an EXCELLENT INSTRUCTOR! If he teach me how to dance he can teach anybody!! My wife and i truly enjoy it. Best Christmas gift ever.

My wife always wanted to learn Latin and Ballroom dancing so we signed up for the introductory offer and now take the private lessons and group classes. We love that everyone is so positive and patient. This is a great way to spend time with your spouse. I highly recommend Kent and Heather as instructors. Everyone is so helpful and we are having lots of fun learning how to dance. As a bonus your legs and arms get a good workout. Perfect date if your bored just going out to dinner or want to try something new.

Visiting Toledo Ballroom I have developed a passion for dance. A variety of classes are offered. There are many opportunities for showcasing your acquired talents whether it's competitions, showcases. I love that Kent is not only a fabulous teacher of movement, body position, and discipline, but also dedicates his life to the studio. It is so valuable for the dancers to have an accomplished dancer as a role model. Kent itself and his instructors are full of a vitality. I love every class I attend.

I had a great time at the beginner class, and then an even better time at the dance party! Going to a class let me learn the basic steps, and then the dance party was a great opportunity to practice even longer! Had a fantastic time, and all of the instructors are amazing! So were all of the regulars!! Super supportive and fun atmosphere!

Toledo Ballroom is the most welcoming ballroom I have ever been to. The instructors are fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable about all of the different dances, and are eager to help you learn. They are also very friendly and personable. You don't need a partner to go with you. There are plenty of people there to dance with that you will barely sit down the whole time! The classes are easy to follow, but very informative and helpful. There is a lot of practice so you really get to know the dance before they move on. If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. Having just moved, I cannot wait to come back to Toledo and dance the night away with these amazing people.

Kristen and Kent were an absolute joy to work with. They prepared the most wonderful wedding dance for my husband and I. We are married now and continue to practice our dance moves in our kitchen and look forward to learning new dances in the future! I highly recommend Toledo Ballroom for all couples preparing for their big day :)!

Toledo ballroom is an amazing place to learn. The instructors are patient and teach at your pace. They have beginner classes I Thursdays with a dance social to continue learning afterwards. The atmosphere is very welcoming and enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

Toledo Ballroom is a great place to learn how to dance! My fiance and I are getting married this August, and we have no dancing experience. Luckily, we found the Toledo Ballroom, and Kent was our private dance instructor. We had several classes with him, and we loved him!! He is really talented and knowledgeable. Mostly, he has a great personality. He is patient, relaxed, and easy going, which helps to make you feel comfortable and confident on dancing. We highly recommend Kent and Toledo Ballroom to people who wants to dance! :)

This is how I feel when I think about going to Toledo Ballroom on Reynolds Road in Toledo, Ohio:I get energized. I put myself together so I can feel pretty out on the dance floor. Dancing does that for me. It makes me feel good about myself. It makes me feel good, period. That positive energy carries over into my life outside the dance studio.I have always enjoyed dancing. I never thought I would find a serious dance partner. Lessons are one thing, but Kent Lautzenheiser-Nash… When he dances with me, it makes me feel like I actually have a dance partner out on the floor with me, challenging me to be a better version of myself. I believe all his students feel the same. He is genuine.During our private lessons, Kent and I work on technique and partnership. He has patience with me and seems to enjoy dancing with me and that is HUGE when we are talking about a dance instructor/ dance partner. I have been dancing with Kent for over six months and his expert instruction has made me so confident that I have begun to train for my very first ballroom dancing competition!Kent is accommodating. It makes it nice that he is approachable. You want that in a teacher.

My husband and I started taking lessons at Toledo Ballroom about a month ago and we love it! The instructors are wonderful and so friendly you'll want to hang out there all the time. The dance socials are really great cause you get to try out all kinds.of different styles, and everyone helps everyone else.I recommend them to all my friends!

Kent is an excellent instructor who not only teaches the dance steps but also focuses on technique. I like the variety of dance instruction offered & I especially appreciate the intermediate level drop-in classes.
