I was just getting air in my tires. But I always go there for my tires and brakes repairs. Their tire service is always fast , friendly and efficient.

I came in recently when my car started to make a noise, and my rear tire had developed a leak. Was told that it was my rear shocks and that I needed two rear tires. Made an appointment, only to discover when picking up my car that the shocks were repaired, but my tires weren't. I was told that I would have to make another appointment because they couldn't take me back in that day, which I understand. But, this is the third time they've forgotten one of the things I needed done, and made my husband and I make unnecessary trips, and taking time from work to come in yet again when it should've been done the first time.
I came back, because for the last two years that my husband and I have been coming, Reed, and the other employees with whom I'd dealt with previously, were super friendly and nice. They can't help bad management.
When I came back, I then spoke with a new employee, a younger man, that I think misunderstood what was happening, wouldn't listen, and kept dismissing me. He went and got his manager, who didn't even take the time to ask me what was going on, while interrupting me, dismissing me, and, I can only assume, thought I was trying to swindle them or something. When I mentioned that he kept interrupting me and wouldn't listen, he just said that "he's just that kind of guy", and asked me to leave.
I am not a thief. I am not a swindler. I am not a Karen. And coming into a business and being treated as such without solid reason just makes me shop elsewhere.

I bought RV tires from Belle tire I paid $200 per tire and Bob refused to put the tires on stating that I needed to bring them off the rim in order for him to even touch themI have came to this location before to get the same service and had a great experience and service from them for me to be told that they don't provide this service is beyond me. Bob became very irrate and indignant I asked for corporates number his exact words were"Google it I am not giving it to you " for someone to be a part of customer service and completely rude is plain old frustrating and shouldn't be tolerated at any time.

Do not take appointments only walk ins and the wait can be hours they do not answer their phones it goes straight to "Im sorry there is nobody to answer your call goodbye.very over priced.The quality has gone down hill since it switched from Tireman.Although if you visit the Secor Road store instead their staff and service will make you very happy.They do take appointments.Im glad I switched locations.

I had bought the 3 year alignment package for my lifted truck when it was still TireMan back in January 2022. Last month I took my truck back here to get aligned. Couple of problems 1. They said they wouldnt honor the 3 years and that Belle Tire just offers 1 year and that they would credit me back the rest, okay fine 2. They put my truck on the alignment machine and tell me they can't align it because there's too much play in one of the ball joints and the idler arm. Wouldn't even listen when I told them to just get it as close as they could.
I went to the King Road location a couple days later which said they'd honor the 3 years no problem, and also had no problem aligning the truck...

Amazing!
OK, let's start with that they offered to repair (patch) my tire for FREE! Yes, for free. Who does that...Belle Tire that's who. AND the car which by the way was a rental, had no valve covers on any wheel when I brought it in. When I drove off, it hade valve covers on EVERY wheel. Where will I buy my next set of tires...Belles, no doubt about it.
Ok, and one more thing. As I was waiting for my patch, I heard two different phone conversations that a mechanic had with customers with mechanical issues. He explained the issues very carefully and in detail that was so thoughtful. I am amazed with the customer service at Belle.

Loyal Customer extremely disappointed since the buyout and now Belle Tire. This store has always been my first and only choice. Well not so much anymore. I called to replace another set of tires on one of my trucks. Wow, this store wanted $400 more then DT. The lady on the phone insisted they had the best price. They were not even close. It was hard to walk away after years of business, but I have to do whats best for me. Good bye Belle Tire.
