“Brought my vehicle in around 11am. They diagnosed the problem within two hours and informed me that the dealership would be dropping off the part same day. I got the all clear around 4:00pm and was able to pick up the vehicle before they closed. Not only were they professional, but timely as well. Would definitely recommend this shop vs a bigger chain. They value their customers and do not inflate prices with high markups.”

OK, let's start with that they offered to repair (patch) my tire for FREE! Yes, for free. Who does that...Belle Tire that's who. AND the car which by the way was a rental, had no valve covers on any wheel when I brought it in. When I drove off, it hade valve covers on EVERY wheel. Where will I buy my next set of tires...Belles, no doubt about it.
Ok, and one more thing. As I was waiting for my patch, I heard two different phone conversations that a mechanic had with customers with mechanical issues. He explained the issues very carefully and in detail that was so thoughtful. I am amazed with the customer service at Belle.”
“I was having trouble with a tire having a slow leak and I had asked how long is the wait and he said, about 1 to 1.5 hours. I said, ok. They took my info and keys and got my car right in. I had some work to get done on my laptop and before you knew it, it was done. I appreciated their prompt service and care so much.
