Terry a staff member at front desk treated a Vietnam war veteran like dirt right in front of me! I canceled my membership from lack of cleanliness in the whole facilityIn addition they will powerwash bathrooms while u try to use them weird and health violation!

Front desk person was very rude to me .Asked for a Manger.She did not do anything about it but make excuses.I will not be coming back.Very rude staff.And another staff member like someone mom telling them to wash there hands and then rnning and telling her manager.Grow up we all adults here..

I really loved the friendly atmosphere and the spacious pool. It's nice to be able to swim and not be on top of each other. The only issue is parents not watching there kids or monitoring there behavior!

Very upset it stated 2 guest passes in a 12 month period. I took my daughter there for the day and l could not get her in unless she joined as a member. Glad l have a membership at St James Club as we went there no problem it ended up a great afternoon.

I find it ridiculous that the baby /toddler pool was rarely opened last summer and now I'm being told that it's not opening at all this year. As a mother of a 2 year old and a 3 month old this is so frustrating, and now I have to drive across town to use another Y that has a baby/toddler pool. So inconvenient.

so I went to go swim there and I was wearing a lifeguard sweatshirt from Michigan I got and I went up to get me wrist band and the life guard said " you have to take that off." and I said "why" she goes because you can't wear red or lifeguard stuff and I said that is stupid. it's not like someone is going to come up to me and ask for help and people are going to know I am not a lifeguard Cause it's literally says lifeguard then where I got it from. But I am a lifeguard so I know what I am doing. thanks tho!!

Nice enough place- but every single year for the past maybe 4 or 5 years there seems to be very little coordination for their swim classes.Everyone I talk to has a different answer for the same question.Nothing but confusion and some sort of disconnect with their swim lessons. The instructors that my daughter has had were not all that great, were always looking to see what else was going on besides their own class.Doubt I will do swim class there next year, I’ve just had enough!Thanks for your response but I’ve had enough phone time with the “Aquatics director” than I would ever care to. He was supposed to call me back last Thursday, today is Monday- no call. I’m done
