Regardless of my experience picking up, I want to express that my wedding dress and vail look spotless! Our wedding was outside and the morning of it had rained, so the bottom of my dress was very dirty. That and it had sat like that for 2.5 years. They were able to get all the dirt out.
Now for the picking up. I called three weeks after dropping off because they never called me to come get it. I had complications with understanding the woman on the phone. After a lot of back and forth, she was able to finally find my dress. I clarified on the phone that it was preserved (which was what I had asked for when I initially dropped it off) and she said that it hadn't been and that it would cost extra. I told her I already knew this and asked for it to be preserved when I dropped it off. She assured me I could still get it today.
When I went to pick it up, the dress was in a box that was taped shut. I said to the woman who rung me up, "is there a way I can make sure this is my dress?" since there was no window. She described my dress to me which made me feel better. Then I asked, "and my vail is in there too right?" to which she said yes! As I was checking out, I looked up and saw that my vail was hanging on a rack behind her. I said, " uhm, I think that is my vail." She apologized profusely and opened the box and put it in. I am actually glad this happened because I was able to see that the dress was indeed mine inside the box and that it had been cleaned.
I think it would be advantageous to not tape the box shut for women picking up their wedding dresses. You guys did great work, it makes sense to show the person picking it up the quality of clean and that it is in fact what they originally dropped off.
Quality - very nice, experience - not so much.

They did an amazing job cleaning a bridesmaids dress that has been sitting in my closet for almost a year. They got it back to new condition for a great price! It only costs about $20 to get it cleaned. The turnaround time was great! I'll be bringing all my dry cleaning needs here from now on!

An owner that is down to earth and loves a good conversation. By luck, I wasn’t able to get my dry cleaning done in Adrian so I had to go to Sylvania. The quick turnaround on time and friendliness is why I keep going even though it’s a little bit further away for me.Big positive though…being able to chat about Manchester United football and having someone tell me the news on the club every time I come in!Lastly, ownership seems to want to always continually improve for their customers and employees. Last time I was in, noticed fan installation and I know that’s got to be nice because it can get hot in there!As long as this place doesn’t change, I’ll be going here for as long as I can!

I brought my dress in 5 years after my wedding with dirt and mud stains on the bottom plus the newly addition with cat pee. They offer exceptional service. I picked up my wedding gown, which looks brand new. I can't thank them enough. The also completed the service quickly. They are really friendly at Sylvania dry cleaners as well. I tried Sylvania Dry Cleaners for the first time, based on Google reviews, proximity to my home and business hours. All who helped me were friendly and even recognized me when I came to pick up my suit. Because of this I took in another suit. They are prompt and the pricing is fair. I would go back again!

It's 97 degrees outside and they have no air for their employee inside that should be against the law to work in such a establishment oh and only.1 of the fans work.. this is sad to have your employees work in these conditions
