“I love this place and the people who work here. I have been shopping here for years and although there have been times when I’m surprised they don’t take something I’ve brought in, they really do know their stuff and what will sell. I’m retired but have a part-time job where my appearance is important and I have enjoyed numerous compliments on my wardrobe. I highly recommend this place and these people!”

To compliment the human knowledge the store is up to date with the latest technology with a 3D foot scanner that will assess your feet and provide guidance on what is the best insert for your foot type.”

“Absolutely the best place to go. I will not go anywhere else. The shoes that I got are fabulous they fit well I need support, and the family are wonderful! Do your feet a favor and walk on over here you won't regret it. I'm sorry to say, inexpensive shoes don't pay. If you need support this is a place to go. I love the pair of sandals that I got this past Saturday however the sandals were too big, I had to go to Pasquale's so they could put extra Velcro on my sandals. He said that you folks fit me a little bit too big. I'm thankful for Pasquale's for helping me out with the situation.”

“I always talk to the three managers whose names are Bri, Noah, and Casey. The one who dresses up in a lot of fun cosplay characters, Casey, inspired me to do bounding closet cosplays (partially bc I can’t afford real deal costumes for cosplays and such without spending 100 bucks and a billion Pennie’s lol), and Bri suggested socks for my shoes ? While I bought shoes from the Journeys Kids store which is pretty much the same thing just for kids and those with small feet like me (although you can find smaller sized shoes anywhere), Noah measured my feet carefully and accurately to a lovely size 2 in kids. Thank goodness for journeys definitely gonna keep coming back ?”
“I have happy feet - after going to Foot Solutions. Lisa is a Shoe Whisperer - or maybe a Foot Whisperer. She found comfortable *stylish* fun shoes, while she took care of all my foot issues - some I didn't know I had. One foot almost a size bigger than the other? No problem! Wide feet? No problem! Need arch support? Now I've got it! A painful toe, curling under? Here - a $10 soft small comfortable thing to put under the toes. I would never have been able to find these wonderful pairs of shoes, and 2 different kinds of orthotics, without Lisa's help. She really understands feet, shoes - and people! I will never again try to buy shoes online and merely hope to make them fit.”

“my significant other sent me into the store the other day with my three younger kids and I absolutely had no idea what I was doing. I was so stressed, especially for back to school. It was hectic. I go up to the front and ask employee if they can be sized and they told me that they will send someone to the kids section. Autumn came up to us and sized all the kids and she even walked with each individual kid to help them pick out a shoe that they liked and felt comfortable in, and it took so much weight off my shoulders. I will definitely be coming back here again to get shoes for me and my family. Awesome service and great shoe selection for decent prices!”
“I was driving down from Michigan to judge a singing competition in Indianapolis this weekend when my wife called and said, " Paul, you forgot your shoes." She told me to find the nearest DSW location and I did and I'm glad I found this one. Shayla, who worked the register and price checked a pair of shoes for me, was wonderful as was Shayana who was so genuine in how she greeted me when I came in the door. And Sarah was there stalking the shelves and making everything look amazing. Thank you DSW!”
“I needed red shoes for work. I found a pair of Sketchers that I liked so much, and the price was so good, I bought 2 more red pairs plus a white, navy, and black pair. For 6 pairs of super comfortable machine washable shoes, I paid under $180.00!!! Realistically, don't expect a deal like that every day, but when you see it, grab it! My feet haven't been so happy in a long time. The clerks were really helpful and friendly. I won't need new shoes for a while, but my family will, and we will definitely return.”
