Jill is so sweet. I always have a great experience whenever I stop at this Rite Aid location and it's because of the kind demeanor of the associates that I see whenever I visit.

I have been using this pharmacy for my kids and I for years. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. MARIA was extremely rude and disrespectful. I went to pick up my son’s medicine and was informed of a copay. I simply asked if both insurances were ran. She rambled off a number as if I would know what insurance it was. I didn’t mind paying the copays, however given the rudeness I asked if can run both insurances. She responded you want me to cancel the whole order, I said yes and will wait. As if I was inconveniencing her. When she came back she said she could only run under one insurance and hopes it worked and threw the card on the counter. She then asked if I wanted the medication instruction and info print outs. I said yes. She said well I will have to print them. Mind you this is new medication for my under age son. I have never been asked this before and always receive them. The rudeness and disrespect needs to be addressed. It’s unacceptable!

Kate at the pharmacy drive thru was extremely unpleasant. Would rather change pharmacies than deal with her again.

Don't shop unless you got your own bags. Just did a doordash. And it's 10 cents a plastic bag like you would. Get at Walmart or meijers

Had to get a prescription filled and I usually go to a different pharmacy. However, my usual pharmacy was not able to fill the prescription and suggested Rite Aid. If Rite Aid was able to fill the script, the script could be transferred. Rite Aid was able to fill my script, and I picked up the next day. Good to have other reliable sources to get a script filled when the go-to doesn't have the item in stock. Everything was done over the phone. All I had to do was go to the Rite Aid location to get the script. Well done!

Either the phone is busy or no one answers not sure what is going on there. People there are fine if you are there but I had a question for the pharmacist but no answer I will call my dr.

Went to the drive thru on 10/18 to pick up a prescription. The gentleman that assisted us seemed to be in a negative mood already when he first got to the window. When he came back to the window he was very short and dismissive. He asked a few questions and then shut the speaker off before I could finish. I tried to get his attention to give him my insurance info but he ignored me while ringing up the order. When he turned the speaker on again and told me the price I asked to use my insurance. His bad attitude got worse and in a very snarky way he stated he was now going to have to start over. He left the window for a bit and then came back to ring it up again. When he finished he told us the updated price. I paid and even apologized for the extra work, though it was his fault. He did not acknowledge this, just being very dismissive and again with a snarky attitude stating have a nice day and then abruptly walking away from the window. He seemed to be irritated that a customer had shown up. Very negative experience. With all of the pharmacies in such close proximity to this one I do not think I will be back.

I am forced to use Expressscripts, but I prefer what I can to use this Rite Aid because the pharmacist Rachel is absolutely terrific!
