Todd in the pharmacy should not have a customer facing position. He is the rudest, laziest person I’ve ever encountered in a store. He is argumentative and will go out of the way to not help you.

The Sylvania Ohio Rite Aid Store is such a clean store and very friendly associates. I go there for many things and even last minute things. I've been going there for years??

Pharmacy tech, Laurie (Cashier #66815162 should heavily rethink her career working with the public as she’s completely rude and unable to talk to people. It was only my second time in the pharmacy/store and I’d rather drive miles more to another pharmacy vs. dealing with you. Please maybe consider a factory? ??♀️

Didn't have the main thing I went in for. Went to purchase something else that had a discount for buying two. However they insisted on taking lots of personal information to obtain this small discount. Will never go back to places like this.

Everytime I go there they have something wrong with their register system. They either can't take your rewards card so you don't get the sale prices or they can't process your credit card. I'm done with this location.

This is one of the last stores that hasn't had a facelift, and I love that. It feels like it's frozen in time. I run in there all the time for odds and ends. I love that they sell Northview shirts/hats/cups etc. They have a decent selection of last minute grocery basics... milk/eggs/cereal/butter/ snacks, and frozen meals. The staff are really friendly and super helpful. It's nice to get good customer service.

I don't go here that often it's not that close to my house but when I have been there everything is neat the aisles are clear the employees are friendly I had no problem there
