What a shame they are closing the Rite Aid on Sylvania-Met! It is conveniently located for Sylvania Township. The store is always clean, organized, and well-Stocked. The clerks are friendly and helpful. The people at the pharmacy are friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Jeff and Jeff and Fatima are like family. It is the people who make this place successful.

Great employees, vaccine injection was painless, everyone was very courteous. Loved my old RiteAid on Monroe and Summit but this one has done a great job of taking over my needs. Still miss Brad the pharmacist.

Prescription was dropped at 1pm. I was told that it will ready in one hour. Went to pick up at 5pm. I was told thatRx is not here. After a long discussion, they found it. They started blaming on each other. Never will go there again.

Went here to get a flu vaccine. The pharmacy tech said it's appointment only due to how busy they are and they can't help me until tomorrow. I was the only person in the store. The sign out front says they are taking walk ins, and when I checked the website all of the vaccine appointments are available for scheduling today. Really disappointing service from Rite Aid.

I’ve been using this Rite Aid for years! Never have I been disappointed and received the greatest service always. I think his name is Jeff, the pharmacist who is always there, is always a great help, and if I have questions about meds.

Being sick I stopped at rite aid driving back to Toledo being new in the area don't help with the travel time. I left my bag of cold supplies at the counter used bathroom got snacks return to counter bag was gone fellow customer had pick up my merchandise and walked out the manager David when to work on issue returned with no solution other than running his customer down offer no assistance with paying for new meds no refund when she returned I still had not made it to my house oh I also walk with a cane only way to get refund is to drive back to store If I want refund. 1-11-2019 I did after several phone get a Rite gift card for refund thanks Aaron store manager #07946
