Don’t be late, I’m scheduled twice a week which is taking a huge toll on my schedule and very hard for me to block time for these appointments. I’ve never been late and today I was 14 minutes late due to a crisis and they made me reschedule. Absolutely no regard for the fact that I’m in pain and didn’t expect them to extend treatment, I asked them to just shorten the appointment time and they wouldn’t because they said “it’s just not worth the time it takes to bill my insurance for a half hour vs 45 min. That’s lazy and inconsiderate, I’ve never been late and they sent me away in pain because they wanted to leave early.

I've been here twice and it has been amazing. I get the same PT everytime and they know what they're doing and actually listen to you. Greg is my PT and he's fantastic

May be dependent on your individual physical therapist. My experience was wonderful. Nice facility, busy.

I like this location. The staff are very nice. The place is clean and had the equipment needed to help me with my neck and strength issues. I also like the fact that I never had any issues with getting appointments.
