I recently visited ProMedica Laboratories for a routine blood draw, and I must say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. As someone who typically feels anxious about getting blood drawn, I was immediately put at ease by the welcoming professional staff. The phlebotomist who assisted me was incredibly skilled and made the entire process quick and virtually painless. She took the time to explain each step, ensuring I was comfortable and aware of what was happening. Her steady hand and calm demeanor were reassuring, and before I knew it, the procedure was over.
The lab itself was clean and well organized. I appreciated the efficiency of how they handled my appointment. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

No one there knows what they are doing registration said I didn't need blood drawn I needed to do urine go to lab they say I need blood drawn not urine, could not find orders even though they are on my chart. I also had xray they was fast and friendly No problems.

I am very grateful for the Saturday hours because I know I can't be the only one who literally can't get here during the week. The people who work there are always very nice and they help us in get the lab and out of the lab in a very orderly fashion, which helps my anxiety.

The lab is good and convenient from my commute. But on 3/2/24 they were packed and service felt rushed and I felt like just a number. Nor did the phlebotomist listen when I advised I take a butterfly needle due to my small veins. She told me it's not the size of the needle but the technique. Really? Now I have a nice hematoma/bruise.
