They call and leave random messages about people's pet on the wrong people's phone. Not even a patient, getting information about someone's dog. Nice attention to detail.

I'm currently caring for my very sick cat. Dr Overmeyer told me he thought he had an urinary obstruction and would need care for 3 days then called me and said never mind he peed and he's fine so come get him, that was $220. Brought him back next day because he was still puking so he gave him fluids and did xray but never told me what we would be paying. Went there today without ever hearing from him all day and when I went to get him the tech handed me my cat and said ok that's $450. My cat is still sick and he is saying it's a hairball. I had to demand to speak with the vet and see the X-rays to which he just explain that he had p*** and a possible hairball which would need to work it's way out. I'm home with my cat who isn't eaten in 4 days and won't eat and is lethargic. The techs however there are very nice especially Dana, Jody and Erica. But talking to him and getting any straight answer is very difficult. I am now at Med vet with a very sick cat who puked all night !

I’ve been going to Dr. Overmeyer for approximately seven months now and I’m so thankful he was recommended to me! He and his wonderful staff go above and beyond to make sure your fur babies are well cared for. I’m so very happy with all the services we have received, including grooming, and highly recommend Dr. Overmeyer’s practice!

I totally love Dr. Overmeyer and all of his staff at this clinic! Doc is so patient and so kind. I've got three pets, all of them totally different personalities and they all love coming here (except the cat of course lol). Although it amazes me how well Doc and his staff handle my extremely grumpy senior cat. The techs here are wonderful and I love spending time chatting with them and am always so thankful that they take time out of their busy schedule to make me feel heard. They're all truly heroes!

Dr Overmeyer has been our vet for many years and we recommend him to everyone we know. He’s caring, kind and always there if we have a problem. Rhea was just spayed last week and received amazing care. She loves Dr Overmeyer and his caring staff and is always happy to see everyone at the office. Thank you for all that you’ve done for our past and current pets we’d be lost without you!!

I wish I could put NO stars! DO not take any animal you love here! They will take advantage of you and keep on medicating your animal and keep them overnight and do NOTHING! Don't mention a budget or anything financial...that's frowned upon! They will throw meds at you and put blinders on to get your pet back to good health! Pulled my cat from this vet and took to another vet and they had him almost 100% in 3 hours!

We had the WORSE experience at this office! I will never take any animal here! They are rude, unprofessional, and out for every penny they can get! Kept my cat over night and couldn’t give me any answers and belittled me when I asked about financials!! Explained I am a student and a family of 5 on 1 income and that is why I need to know prices! Put my cat on an antibiotic for an “assumed” UTI. In the report it states “blood spots in cage”. No urinalysis was done! Talked to the doctor himself and he said “if financials are a problem then it’s best to come get him” Took our cat for a second opinion and an urinalysis was done! NO UTI! Called back the office for a refund in an antibiotic my cat doesn’t need and they are refusing! Also your techs and assistants should NOT have long nails! Very unsanitary!

I took our dog in for a much needed cut. I scheduled plenty in advance. I waited 10 minutes at the grooming entrance only to have the veterinarian assistant tell me the groomer will not be in on that day. I was told she had not been in all week. I understand things happen, but a simple phone call would have been a courtesy, since I drove over at 7:30 am. I hope she at least calls to apologize. Not good business practices.I would like to add, I have NEVER had any issues with Overmeyer Veterinarian Clinic. They have always been there for us. Dr. Overmeyer has taken care of our animals for years, and I LOVE the staff.

The current groomer does not listen to the requests of the clients. I requested multiple times that they trim our dogs ear hair instead of pulling the hair out by the roots. They did not listen and it caused ear infections and 24 hours of pain and distress. After 2 days of requesting a refund they did finally comply. I still had a large vet fee which they refused to cover. Also the groomer would not speak with me about the matter and in-fact pretended as if she was not available to speak with me when I could clearly see her inside speaking to her associate. She refused to come out to talk with me.

Look how beautiful my babies look!! Thank you so much Stacey Doublin for grooming my kids today! They look amazing and I love their cute little bows!! I highly recommend Stacey for all of your grooming needs she does an amazing job!!
