“Both thumbs up. The only issues I've seen with this location are ones caused by impatient people acting like children. This location is often pretty busy, because other locations drop the ball so much and these folks pick up the slack... I've never known the management and staff to be anything but friendly and helpful (even the youngsters that lack customer social service skills which is more a generational thing than anything else.)”

“I go 20 minutes out of my way to use this UPS store because the service is so good! Especially compared to the other local UPS stores, which have different ownership. Every time I have come, either to drop off packages or mail something, I am greeted and treated with friendliness and respect. Even when the line is long, they move through efficiently.”
