Well, unfortunately my time at La Luna is over. My hair always turned out well, but unfortunately they keep canceling my appointments. First appointment was 7/26 and we had the bad storm that knocked out power. I realize they cannot help that, but didn’t do anything to attempt to get me in asap. Rebooked for 8/16. I confirm for 8/16 and once again get a call that they have to cancel there was a family emergency or some excuse. Which again I can understand but there was no solution to try and get me in. I was told they weren’t sure what my stylist would do but that it might be 4 weeks out. So, I’m supposed to just walk around with nasty hair because they have no way to accommodate their own issue. It’s too bad but I’m not willing to walk around with brunette, blonde, and grey hair.Service: Hair coloring

Unfortunately my manicure today was subpar. I get gel mani's frequently and my mother booked this appointment at La Luna as a gift. The nail tech was rushed throughout the whole appointment and, in spite the fact she boasted 30 years experience, she appeared to be unfamiliar with gel manicures. She painted over the cuticle, left air bubbles in the polish, and there were obvious defects in the polish. After I asked her to fix one defect she was very rushed and was not very willing to fix the defect. While my mother has a wonderful experience here for hair cuts and color and I do not recommend for manicures.Service: Manicures

I love Madonna, she has thoughtfully and creatively cut, colored and styled my hair for over 30 years. It is a wonderful experience, she cares, understands the needs of her clients and creatively applies herself to your needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Services: Hairstyling

La Luna Salon consistently provides excellent friendly professional services. I have been getting my hair cut, styled, highlighted, and pink added for multiple years at La Luna Salon.Kendelle is an amazing artist! I always receive multiple compliments regarding my hair cut, style, and color after my appointments.I love this salon and always feel welcome and comfortable here. And, they follow CDC safety guidelines!!

Liked my hairdresser but had to leave him due to this place. Prices are too high and I had to leave with my hair wet. My appointment was messed up because they made a mistake then they wanted me to come back after driving 45 minutes, then another appointment got cancelled after I arrived. Too much hassle, too many rules other salons don't have, prices too high.
