I am from Battle Creek, MI. I walked in that place and WOW. It is huge. I stopped 2 clerks and asked for help. They were very nice. The butter was next to the ice cream! No aisle sign said hand soap.
They have a great selection of everything , though.

Don’t buy gift cards from here!! I purchased an Amazon gift card and someone had scratched off the claim code. Kroger said I had to contact Amazon and Amazon says I have to take it up with Kroger! So it looks like I won’t be getting my money back!

The absolute worst deli around. They tell me they open at 8 but I've been there at 830 and the lady says we're closed im in break, other times like today I go in at noon and the lady just randomly says we're closed and seriously Kroger do you torture these woman because I've never once seen them smile or come even close to being nice.

Placed a click list order this morning said it would be ready between 5-6. I came at 5:30, wasn’t ready. Was told to come back in an hour. Came back at 6:30- i was told ours was ready but they couldn’t bring it out until the other orders were done. The attendant was so nice so nothing against him, just the process behind this is awful.

Tbh I really gotta give my apologies to this store because I went there and money was messed up and I thought that the machine just mess things up wish it did not it was my actual bank had things in pending and make me look like a dumb person tryna get off at these people at the store for no reason to all those people you guys know your self I was there today I just wanna say I apologize guys yall doing yall job

They took my money and didn’t give it back, the attendant wanted to tell me they don’t accept Apple Pay when I’ve been to every other kroger in the city and they all take Apple Pay I’ve never had any issues with it. They were rude and disrespectful accusing me of not paying for my full groceries when I did and their machine messed up.
