It should not take 3 different calls from 3 different pharmacists to transfer prescriptions from your Kroger to another pharmacy. I think the Pharmacists are great the tecs however all have attitude, careless attitude about work ethic, no follow through. They should get employed scrubbing a toilet because they have no consideration or work ethic to deal with patient medication needs.

Hours suck. Staff arent usually friendly unless it’s the pharmacist with the darker hair. They closed at 5 on Sunday and I showed up visibly in extreme pain from a double ear infection at 5:07 and they refused service to me to pick up my ear drops that would have taken 5 seconds. Will be changing pharmacies immediately.

This pharmacy is very impossible to deal with now I don’t know what happened in the last couple years but this pharmacy has gone down hill big time.

I love this pharmacy. They are always friendly and answer any questions you might have. My prescription drug plan is Walmart preferred but I pay the extra just to get mine here.

Worst pharmacy I’ve used. Consistency take multiple days to fill scripts. Also they send you texts saying your meds are ready for pick up when they are not even in stock

They’re always very helpful and informative and have caught medications that were prescribed to me that had ingredients I’m allergic to. I’m very grateful, they go above and beyond, something we don’t see much anymore unfortunately.

I've never filled a script here, but have alot of respect for this pharmacy as a nearby competitor; they are always fast to answer their phones and are always friendly/helpful; it's hard to maintain strong customer service when you are at a high volume pharmacy and they do a good job maintaining their service standards as a high volume pharmacy.

Fir the most part most if the employees are kind and helpful. Last week I called in a Prescription for pen needles for my insulin.i had 0 refills so Kroger had to call my Dr to approve the prescription. After 3 days of no call back from Kroger I was in the store getting a few things and was expecting to pickup my needles but they told my they never heard back from my doctor.come to find out according to my Dr office they never received the call.whos lieing? Today is Tuesday now 6 days from calling in my prescription request and still no answer from Kroger. I did call my doctor Monday and they told me Kroger never called and that they would call in my prescription. It's Tuesday morning and still no call from Kroger and have you tried to use the automated system it doesn't give you the option of checking on previous called in prescription. I'm 3 days with no insulin and still no word from Kroger

I went for refill I gave them the name of medicine but when I returned to pick it up I found the wrong one in bag and they refused to replace it or refund.
