By far, the worst experience I have ever had in 40 years. I have been to many mechanics in the past. This one was the worst. Let’s start off with they called and told me I had to pay for. Buy labor and materials upfront before they can do any work. I brought my car in because it wouldn’t start. They said it was the AC compressor so they charged me for a brand new AC compressor and charge my air conditioning which I don’t understand why you would have to charge a brand new compressor Long story short the minute we picked up my wife and I the brakes were out no brake fluid after further inspection noticed they must’ve cracked a brake line while working on the car and even more importantly I don’t have any air conditioning. How does brand new air conditioning compressor And it charged not blow any cold air? Then when I called them up and told them the issues they told me I can bring it in, but I’m gonna have to pay for a diagnostics oh yeah, and on top of it, I told them I literally just got an oil change not even a week before my jeep broke down that I did not want an oil change. I made it very clear. Do not change the oil. They change the oil and charged me for it. Long story short I paid $1100 to get my truck fixed. I left there with more issues than before. It went to KNR. These people are horrible. I don’t recommend them to anybody.

Have taken my car here multiple times over the years and they do a great job every time. I am extremely grateful with my most recent trip there as they fixed a problem which I thought was gunna be a huge expense but wasn't. The staff are honest and full of integrity.
