Worst bank in NW Ohio. They screw up constantly and say they can't fix it. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Had me running between two branches because each branch said the other would help. I will never give them business again!

NEVER NEVER USE THIS BANK!!! THIS BANK IS AWFUL AND I TRULY HOPE THEY ARE THE NEXT ONES TO GO UNDER! I AM SICK OF THEM LYING ABOUT THE 24 HOUR FEES AND THEIR APP OR ONLINE BANKING DOES NOT SHOW WHAT YOUR ACCOUNT SHOWS! I HAVE BEEN WITH FIFTH THIRD SINCE 2015 AND I UNDERSTAND IN THE PAST I HAVE USED THEM TO OVERDRAFT AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS PAYING WHEN I HAD TO PAY, BUT NOW ITS UNCALLED FOR AND BECAUSE OF THE "24" HOURS MANY PEOPLE ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THIS, HOWEVER ITS ALL LIES!! LIKE LIES!! SICK OF THEM TAKING MY MONEY AND THEY WILL RESPOND WITH THEY ARE NOT BUT I KNOW WHAT MY ACCOUNT SAID LAST NIGHT AND WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD IN THE PAST, LIES, LIE , LIES!!

This bank is an absolute joke. Corey Taylor was going to help me with an equity line and he will not respond to any emails or phone calls. Corey just keeps sending me documents to sign with no explanation. I’ve left several voicemails and emails with no response. I’ve called the branch 30 times in the last 2 weeks and no one ever answers. If you want an equity line of credit look elsewhere because they are completely clueless at this branch.

We bank here for our business. The tellers have all been exceptional. They are always helpful and accommodating. They don't judge me when I have a rough day and can't do math. Through covid, they have been great providing the same customer service even through the drive thru. Which face it, most of the time its because I am lazy and I just use covid as an excuse to not get out of the car. :)

If you want customer service, this is not the branch you go to! Fifth Third customer service in general is starting to suck! Time to find a new bank!

Very friendly Bank. The drive-thru everybody is polite when you drive through. They call you by your name once they know who you are. I had no problem with this branch.
