After reading great reviews, I’m shocked at the terrible experience that I had!
Called to make app, was told, “I have to fire up my computer and will call you back.” Almost one hour later NO CALL! I called back and spoke w Jerry who read off a list of things he had to do bf talking w me, then said I was going to be called after he makes 2 calls before me! WOW! What an unprofessional and rude experience!
Would I go there now? Not a chance.

Jerry and the team at Edge Automotive are the type of place you can feel safe sending your wife/daughter to get the car fixed right.
Our car wouldn't start and other places in the area were telling us it likely needed a new starter or alternator and couldn't be looked at until end of the week. Jerry thought the battery could be bad and offered to look at it right away if we could get the car to his shop. Turns out Jerry was right and saved my family money and TIME. Within 3 hours of the first call we made to him we had our car running again.

Edge Automotive is excellent! It is so difficult to find a good, honest mechanic. They have been servicing my family vehicles for a few years and are always honest, timely, great communicators, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I feel they care for our cars as if they were their own!

I have been taking my car to Edge for the last 2 years for oil changes and for any work that my car needs. I am incredibly happy with the quality of work they do. And the communication as well! Jerry is great at explaining what is needed and the cost. And let’s me know what future work will be needed. They are all so kind there as well! I highly recommend Edge for anything you need done for your car. You won’t regret going there!

Easily the best place I've taken my vehicle. Talked me through all the various issues with my car and what to prioritize fixing. Very fair pricing, and seems like a genuinely good guy. Would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here

We took our Honda because it needed service and was making noises and had some dash lights on. The service was outstanding, they looked everything over, called with a list of issues and got everything fixed in a day. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks!

Jerry and his crew at Edge Automotive are first class.We have taken cars in the past for minor work, but recently had a couple of situations where Jerry went above and beyond with no direct or immediate benefit to his business.First off, we had an issue with our SUV and a suspected rod problem. Jerry inspected the vehicle and gave a recommendation to take it to another shop, as it was outside of his scope. His diagnosis was right on.The most recent situation involved my daughter purchasing a car. Jerry have some good advice during our car search. Immediately after the purchase we had an issue with the exhaust/catalytic converter. Jerry checked out the car and ram diagnostics. With his advice we were eventually able to get the dealer to stand behind the car even though there was no warranty.Throughout the process, which covered a few weeks, Jerry followed up with me to see how it was going.There is some work that Edge needs to do on the car, but Jerry recommended holding off to see how much the dealer would cover, knowing full well it may cost him a portion of business.I would highly recommend Edge Automotive as a very honest and knowledgeable shop.

I found Edge automotive on WLMB tv, a CHRISTAIN station . Seeing that commercial on that station made me think, this shop would have great values. Values like honesty, integrity, caring, helping , along with being highly trained, knowledgeable and I was right. I have had several repairs done on my car and each time it was done in timely manner, everything explained what was done, and if anything else in the future needed to be done. Reasonable priced repairs. Jerry D. jr. is a mechanic I feel I can trust. I feel confident when I drive away that my car has been in the hands of someone who has high standards does the job to the best of his ability because of the strong high values he carries. I will be back when the next repair is needed, and will tell others where to come for the great honest and reliable service too. P.S.
