We had previously been a life long Appliance Center customer HOWEVER after having them repeatedly not stand behind their products we tried Durocher’s. WOW! Our first buying experience was a dishwasher. The sales staff were excellent. Delivery prompt and the employees were great. Next purchase was a stove. Had a few problems with the stove and after LG would not help us, Durocher’s stood by us. They replaced the stove immediately. The sales staff was excellent, the service manager went above and beyond and kept us updated. Delivery staff was great. Needless to say, we will continue to use them. Beyond happy with Durocher’s and HIGHLY recommend them!!

Moved into an older home. I had 4 appliances to be delivered and installed. I’m telling you those two installers did not give up and were able to have all moved into the home and installed in proper working order. Many other companies would give you 5 excuses as to why it can’t be done. I’m so pleased with the quality and the delivery installation of the appliances. Highly recommend!

Best customer service ever! After more than 30 years, Durocher's has never failed to deliver the products I need with the best installation service. My new over the range microwave was installed and ready to go in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!

The Technician, Nolan was very efficient and informative. We have used Durochers exclusively for our sub zero refrigerator over the last 25 years. I wouldn’t use anyone else! They are very honest about any repairs needed.

From the purchasing process to the install- everything was very quick, efficient and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our install technician, Alex, was right on time and installed our new dishwasher so quickly and explained everything in great detail. Appreciate the wonderful work all around!

The service from the technician, Dan was excellent. He ordered and replaced 2 parts to my dryer

We had a new refrigerator delivered this morning, they took the old one away and another refrigerator in our basement that had gone out. Warren and his helper took great care! They were very careful coming up the basement stairs, and making sure not to damage any of the walls or trim. They took great care in getting the new refrigerator in, and making it ready to go! I would definitely recommend them!
