I've took my 2019 chevy impala there twice before my warranty ended for a transmission issue that was under a tsb. The first time I went there, they didn't feel anything. I took it there again with the same transmission issue and for an oil leak. They told me that my drain plug was loose and they still didn't feel anything transmission wise. I knew it wasn't the oil drain plug because I've checked it and as a mechanic, the oil leak was coming higher than the drain plug. The communication was bad on their part, hard to get an answer from service. I then went to Yark and within 3 hours, they figured out my transmission issue was the tcm and my front timing cover was leaking. Then they set me up for a rental for about a couple of weeks and had good communication with how long the car will be down for. I tried here again with my camaro. I was hearing a slight noise which I suspected to be a lifter. It wasn't and I was able to talk to the technician face to face which was nice but the way you drop off your keys into their door messed up my key fob. You slide your envelope and key through the slot and it falls straight down to the floor. After that, they told me that my key wouldn't work at all. I got the key back and the only thing that would work is the lock, unlock, and trunk button and my key wouldn't flip out. Took it apart, found that the button for the remote start that solders onto the circuit board broke off. The only issue was it wasn't inside the keys shell so it had to fall apart on their floor. It worked great before this issue. They want 180 for a new fob and 180 to program it. It's all these little issues that makes me not want to come here again.
