My family and I were longtime customers of Dave White Acura, but will never return after our most recent experiences with the service department. They're too disorganized to follow their own appointment schedule and do not respect their customers' time. It hasn’t always been like this— Scott use to run a tight ship and set accurate expectations, but we have had NOTHING but problems since he left.

Michael my sales person had his work cut out for him with my situation. He was absolutely wonderful. He did not push me in a direction I did not want to go in. As I had stated my needs upfront. He respected my wishes. He worked to get me extactly what I asked for. His care, professionalism, customer service went above and beyond any car sales person I have dealt with quite possibly ever. I would return to Dave White Acura to work with him again in the future and plan on sending referrals as I encounter clients of my own, friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle. Best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Go in and aak for Michael you will not be disappointed.

This is a review specifically for the Service department.My appointment was early at 8:30am, and there were no other cars. Needless to say, they got me in right away for my 1st service. Yes, they tried to upsell me a few other things outside of my routine service, which was covered by their coupon. But they weren't too pushy after I told them I'd skip this time.They told me it'd take around an hour so I decided that I wanted to sit down and have breakfast. There was a diner in walking distance, but it was a cold day so I asked them if they could drive me a couple minutes to the diner, and they were more than accommodating, which was awesome. They even called me to pick me back up.After they checked me out, I asked if I could get a quick carwash--free car wash was included when I leased the car. They initially told me the wash was out of order, but then quickly checked to tell me that it was my lucky day; it had gotten back up. What I was happy about was the fact that the Service manager asked me to wait a few more minutes after the wash so they could dry off the car. I didn't get this service when I first swung by to get a wash here, but the manager wasn't there that day. It's the little stuff like this that makes a customer like me happy.All in all, the experience was good. I'll obviously be going back a couple more times for regular maintenance so I'll look forward to adding further review then.

Just signed for my 4th TLX with Daryl and Dave White, Daryl is always able to find what I want in a car. After a recent accident totalled my brand new TLX, they were able to locate the same car with some extra perks and get me back behind the wheel quickly. Their team is always helpful and flexible.

The dealership staff are extremely patient, very accommodating. Purchased my first vehicle through Dave White Acura - a process which is usually fraught with headache and anxiety was simplified thanks to this group. Highly recommend.

We were delightfully surprised. Mike Skink was a friendly and helpful salesperson. My husband and I were happy to have a helpful and friendly salesman. In the past we have salesmen that were both ignorant and arrogant. So, we were both thrilled, especially after my husband sited the perfect vehicle on the showroom floor. Acura has excellent vehicles - now they have excellent representation.

Sucks 1000 percent. Someone contacted me from Internet sales, and hung up on me. I will never purchase another car from here, let alone get one serviced from here. Done. Owner could not even be ( bothered ) to contact me.

I live in Michigan, Daryl and Tenley made the whole car buying process very easy. We had a few things added to the vehicle before pickup, everything was installed earlier than expected. This is our second vehicle from Dave White Acura. We will recommend to friends and family.

Everything went well. No issues. Good experience. Color selection was somewhat hard to determine. No cars to see for comparison. It would be nice if all of the different versions of the vehicle were easy to see for comparison Seemed like it was hard to determine the different versions offered in the RDX platform. Other than that the experience was positive and Chris made it easy to get through the process.
