Place was great! The owner/doctor sat on the floor with my dogs. Never seen another doctor do that for the whole appt. Actually seemed to care!

I've been taking all 5 of my fur babies here for years.
Dr. Pifer and his team are truly amazing. They are realistic and empathetic. They always get my babies thoroughly taken care of.
They usually have a pretty booked schedule, but whenever an emergency arises, they are great about getting my furry ones in right away for help.
Thank you all for working hard and being incredibly reliable.

First time there and I can say I’m more than pleased with this place. Everyone was very friendly and professional and treated my cat Sheva with care. There wasn’t anyone trying to upsell anything, only did the tests that I requested. Thank you so much for taking the time to care for Sheva, answering my questions and addressing my concerns.

The staff, tech and Dr. were so friendly, kind, attentive and compassionate. My dog Brooklyn is fearful and anxious and does not trust vets due to her horrendous and traumatizing experience at another vet. But Dr. Pifer was so gentle and kind with her that she immediately felt at ease and it was the best appointment she has ever had. Dr. Pifer is very knowledgable and took the time to explain what was going on with Brooklyn's health. So glad and relieved to have Dr. Pifer as Brooklyn's vet that we even transferred our other dog Callie over to him at the conclusion of Brooklyn's appointment.

The receptionist who is heavy set with sandy color hair was so rude that I walked out and went elsewhere. Would not listen, kept saying rude things. If she had just stopped being like that for 3 seconds.
