What a great experience at this chase branch in Ohio. My wife and I were in the process of selling our boat and needed a facility to process the closing documents and funding transfer. From the very first contact with Noelani, we were assisted in every way to make this a successful and easy transaction! She provided the necessary facilities for us to conduct our business transaction and secure transfer of funding. I cannot say enough about the impressive customer focus at this bank! Hats off to Noelani and the entire staff.

Had great experience open new bank account at Chase. Tiffany was amazing and gave the best service ever, she is so kind, friendly, helpful, explained everything customer's need as new Chase user. She's company's proud.

I opened an account up online with a marketing code and have been trying to get in contact with this location and the Secor location for 3 days now. I have called and it’s an automated system and if they don’t answer, it tells you to call back or to contact the 800 number. Clients should be able to contact their bank and speak to representatives rather than a system that tells you to call back.

Employees of this location have always been respectful, available and they take time to answer your questions. They act the same as if they were paid on tips!Ps : this is not a five star review for chase bank but for this location that is extremely clean and fancy with a great customer service.

My wife and I came in today, and Noelani was helping get us all the information we needed to get myself added to my wife's account; she was professional and very friendly, giving us a great impression of this location. People that treat us as well as she did are why we will keep using Chase and coming back. Everything was taken care of quickly and I encourage others to come here as well if they want great service.

Wow this branch is absolutely stellar!! Upon walking in the door I was greeted with the most friendly reps! I was dealing with a unique situation and they were very helpful in finding a solution. I would highly recommend this branch if you bank with Chase!
