Central Classic Cars is a fantastic dealership for online, out-of-state buyers. We were in the market for an older VW and these guys had an amazing inventory of cars in excellent condition. More importantly: they are trustworthy and easy to work with. Our sales rep John was proactive and spent time with us on a FaceTime call to show us the exact condition of the vehicle and actually did a live virtual test drive. Once the paperwork was done the car showed up the next day and lived up to our expectations. I highly recommend Central Classic Cars!

I just purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible from John at Central Classic Cars and I truly could not be more pleased! I have dreamed of retiring to live at the beach and driving a little convertible and now I have both! John was so helpful and professional and the whole process went so smoothly! John is located in Ohio and I live in South Carolina. We communicated through texting, talking on the phone, by email, and via video call on WhatsApp where John performed a thorough walk-through of the car to make sure I was happy before finalizing my purchase. The whole process was painless and my car was delivered to me! I highly recommend working with John to find the classic car of your dreams!!!!

I bought my beautiful 2007 Chrysler crossfire roadster from here and I could not be happier! Every employee encountered was professional, friendly, and helpful. John was my salesman he was great. He took time to answer all my questions. To accommodate my schedule John even met me on a Sunday to do my test drive. He handled all the paperwork professionally and in a very timely manner. He delivered my new car to me in Michigan the day after my test drive with paperwork in hand! The shop itself was very well-maintained probably the cleanest shop I've ever been in. They have a huge selection of beautiful classic cars. There were makes and models from many different car companies, domestic and imported. I highly recommend Central Classic Cars.

I was looking for a Porsche 911 for over 2 years and finally saw Central Classic Cars had one that I wanted. I was over 5 hours away in a different state and when I reached out to John, he was absolutely amazing to work with. His communication was impeccable. He even took the vehicle to an independent inspector to ensure I have a piece of mind. I could only go there on a weekend, and he planned to meet me there during hours which he is usually closed. Anytime I called him during the process with my excessive questions, he was glad to take the time and speak with me patiently. He was absolutely a gentlemen. He gave my wife and I an incredible tip for a restaurant to eat to wrap up our trip as well. I've had the car for 3 months now and I am glad I gave John my business. He is just a great guy to work with. He even gave us a tour of his showroom and we looked at all of the classics. If you see a car in his inventory, I can promise you that you will not be disappointed in the vehicle and he will give you the best buying experience. Thank you John... I was looking for a classic VW and came across this blue 1973 Thing at Central Classic Cars. I reached out to them through an online classic car website and John M. got back to me right away and he was great to work with through the whole process. I live a couple hours away, so John was very patient and fielded all my questions via calls and texts and he quickly provided additional photos on request. He even set up a phone call with his technician to answer some very detailed questions before I made the drive down to take a look the vehicle.
John was there to greet us when we pulled in and had the Thing up on a hoist so we could fully inspect it before taking a test drive. He had his tech (Todd) there to answer all our questions. Todd was very helpful and has an amazing knowledge of VWs! John and Todd were up front about a blown fuse and offered to fix the car that day, but we agreed to take the vehicle with us and fix it ourselves if CCC would cover the parts. We also noticed a couple other very minor issues while going over the vehicle. Without even asking, John insisted he would take care of it. The parts all showed up at my house two days after we got it home.
Once we agreed on a fair price, John took his time and walked me through all the paperwork and explained the title transfer process to register it back in Michigan. Just got it registered today and with all the provided paperwork, that process was a breeze as well.
I can’t say enough good things about John M. and all the friendly folks at Central Classic Cars. John made me feel comfortable with his honesty and customer focus. The entire process was great, and they had so many cool cars there, it was tough leaving with just one. I would highly recommend Central Classic Cars to anyone looking to buy a cool vintage VW!

Purchased 1983 Porsche 911 remotely, never stepped foot onsite. Great team to work with, honest, and when the car shipped it arrived exactly as described. Highly recommended dealer. Excited to get this thing on the road this summer.

Beware of buying from John and Central Classic Cars. They misrepresent the condition of what they are selling and do not stand by their customers. I would not purchase a car from them.

My wife and I recently purchase a VW Beetle from Central Classic Cars. We are located in another State and were a little concerned about how all that would work. The process was so smooth. They went over and above at every level of the purchase. Not only did they take our calls on the weekends they also opened they showroom after hours to help finalize the deal. We came to pick up our vehicle and since we were coming from another state we have a few highway construction delays totaling an hour and a half. Never did they makes us feel we were putting them out even though we finally made it after hours. We love our Beetle and it is exactly as they described it. We highly recommend Central Classic Cars to anyone who is looking for a fair, professional and enjoyable classic VW purchase experience Thanks again guys You have a customer for life.
