I recently signed my lease. My apartment is brand new, clean, and very spacious while remaining comfortable. The office staff was very helpful and worked with me through my many questions. I highly recommend checking these apartments out.

Management was so prompt and caring while they resolved my issue. Having an Emotional Support Animal can be really hard when maintenance needs to happen when you don’t happen to be home. Management was so caring and listened to all of my questions and worries. They were communicative in everyday step of the process and even gave me updates while I wasn’t home as to how everything was going. I love my home and this experience makes me feel even more secure here.

Looking for an apartment post graduation and decided on this property. Really nice property that is well maintained and the units are nice and spacious. The biggest reason we chose Carr Apartments was the excellent care and warmth which the leasing staff showed, especially Lia. She took the time to answer questions and explain things in detail. Even after we left the property she stayed in touch via email to see if there was anything else. Once we chose Carr she worked with us through the process. Definitely the best customer service from all the properties we looked at.

Honestly a great place to live so far! My girlfriend and I moved in around July and have had no real issues. Our apartment had just been completed a few weeks before we moved in and everything seems to have been done right. Our first few days we did have a leak in our sink but it turns out the hose was just cracked (probably during install). I called emergency maintenance and the guy showed up in 30 minutes to check out the issue. We both had to to work the next morning so we gave them permission to enter while we were gone. By the time we got home from work the next day the sink was all dried up underneath, the entire faucet was replaced and any repair mess was 100% cleaned up. We even had a hand written note from maintenance apologizing for the inconvenience!When applying, we were a little nervous at first because this place had limited reviews and honestly seemed too good to be true. However, Krista in the office was extremely friendly and helpful!Paying rent is very simple and easy online.We used to live by the University where it can be a little sketchy sometimes. The location here is extremely quiet and peaceful. It's also in a convenient location (Kroger is walking distance and Meijer is a 1-2 minute drive)The 2 bed 1 bath is very spacious and I would say it is priced very competitively given the Sylvania location.Slight issues with noisy upstairs neighbors but nothing we have bothered to report as we understand it's winter time and might be too cold for kids to play outside right now (also is less of a Carr issue and more of a resident thing).When it was warmer out, they were bringing in a coffee truck in the morning which was really cool/different. Unfortunately, they would show up after I was already on my way to work but still a cool idea!The gym is pretty nice with the basics (but higher-end ones). 24/7 access with an app on your phone is also a nice feature.We don't have pets but it is nice to see that it's pet friendly with pet "stations" around the property.In summary, we highly recommend coming in for a tour and applying for a place as they are still building more buildings! I definitely would not bother listening to the review on here of someone who very clearly has never lived here. We almost listened to that one thinking they had some insider information but we are certainly glad we decided to ignore it.

I have had a great experience at Carr Apartments and would highly recommend to anyone. The units are beautiful and spacious, and everything is brand new and modern. The buildings are very clean and well-kept as well. Every time I have interacted with the staff, they have been very friendly and helpful to me. The location is also extremely convenient and close to just about anywhere you'd need to go. I personally love living here!

I moved in just over a month ago. Very friendly staff! The office is responsive and quickly answers questions, and maintainence is very friendly and helpful (clearing walkways during heavy snowfall, etc). Units are brand new and up to date, and the gym is also great with brand new equipment. It is in a nice and convenient location, with both Meijer and Kroger just 30 seconds away. Very pleased with my experience here so far!

Way to small and too expensive 700 ft one bedroom one bath for 13 to 1400 a month for a thrown together apartment I've watched them be build there's nothing special there
