I have lived @ Carr apts for a year and plan on renewing my lease! Lauren Brown is an excellent manager! Her door is always open and she will address any issues you may have! She is kind, patient and funny! Always smiling and I wish she was my roommate!!

Everything from inquiring to moving in was professional, timely, painless, and convenient! Highly recommend these apartments. Very clean, updated, modern, safe, and the staff takes the time to fully explain the process from start to finish.

Completed my lease renewal and the process was smooth but the digital copy is unavailable on the community portable. Last year it was uploaded and easily accessible. A little disappointed it wasn't an option this year.
