Another store was really trying to upsell me to a bike that was $300 more than my budget, whereas Brian listened, and gave another example in my range, and then brought up the two bikes I was considering side by side to understand differences. He was able to get my sizing right, and when I needed to order the bike myself, just called and walked me through it. Super simple, nice people, clean store, don't go anywhere else.”
