I broke down on i90/80 and needed roadside service. They said it would be about an 1 and a 1/2 hrs, which I agreed to since most places won’t roadside on tollway. Mechanic got there on time was knowledgeable and professional.
The mechanic had to go buy parts from dealer and come back a few times. Probably spend about 6-7 hrs on my truck. Definitely not a roadside job.
Couldn’t fix the issue on the road entirely however he got me rolling and I made it safely to a shop.
Also charged me less than he originally quoted since not everything was done. And I’d like to add the only reason he couldn’t get the truck finished was because dealer was closed and we couldn’t get the part till next morning.

Beware- I had to bring them to small claims court, and won. An absolutely trash, garbage business. Not only did they ignore my calls for weeks initially, And then call me with a $2700 bill that I never approved, no quote, and upon picking it up, not only was nothing fixed, but it was worse of, Ridiculously loud. After immediately taking it back, they ignored my calls for another three weeks, Until somebody claimed to be, the owner called me trying to insist that I needed this garbage junkyard motor for $500, which made him irate when I told him no, I had it towed by another company to their shop, who then told me none of the work that had claimed to be done was done- Xpress charged me to replace a timing belt, and they did not- The company that I was towed to actually did replace the timing belt, And I kept all the parts. I brought a civil case to Maumee Municipal Court, where the judge ruled in my favor, So now this is no longer just my opinion, but a judgment in a court of law. 0/5 is the actual rating.

I was on traveling back to Delaware and needed a oil change. Couldn't find a dealership to and they got me in and out in 1 hour. Very nice people to do business with and reasonable pricing. Thank again for your help.

Unwilling to make a simple repair on a holiday weekend because they were only doing tires and towing on the weekend. Large business with multiple locations... call their small business competition 1/2 mile away.

They were supposed to repair my tractor. I got my tractor back. It was pouring oil from the oil filter. It didn't have an oil leak when I parked it. It was pouring after they had it. The low coolant alarm is going off again after 48 hours. You didn't fix the problem. I won't bring my business back. Tractor 327

Absolutely saved me! The mechanic worked late to get this weary traveler back on the road. I broke down nearby and was lucky enough to realize the shop was just off the exit. The mechanic came back in after close to help me. Quick and knowledgeable, but no shortcuts. Saved me an expensive and inconvenient tow plus a lost day of travel.I especially appreciated that they were willing to go that extra mile for a small job on a little camper van!

Got a flat on the turnpike right by the Swanton exit & were lucky to be directed to XPRESS AUTO by the toll taker. Not only did they quickly fix it, but also pointed out the tires were going bad too early while still under warranty. Got a 67% discount on new tires at the Dealer when we got home. Nice people!
