My wife called the location to see how much it would cost to replace the headlights on our 2014 Ford Fusion. She stated that the bumper needed to be removed in order to get to the lights. She was quoted a price of $75.00-$100.00. We took the car in at 8:30 this morning and dropped it off, as we were told. We received 3 phone calls from the mechanic during the course of the repair. We then received a call that it was done and we could pick it up. When we arrived, we were charged $197.63. When I called to question this I was given one excuse after another but no real explanation for the almost $100.00 we were charged over the quoted price. I was told that because we brought the lights in there was a mark up. I was charged an additional fee of $16.22 because we brought our own lights?!?!. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very honest and professional, originally the estimate was $800, but when he was actually able to start working on the vehicle he was able to determine the cause and the bill was LESS than $300!! Doubled the price on parts told me he didn't have time to shop around for prices said I didn't ask I've been going to that shop 20 years shouldn't have been charged that much 4 markup on parts
