Customer Beware! I paid for normal maintenance to be done on my car just to catch them charging me for them and them not actually completing the work! Wait WHAT Yes that's right They charged my credit card and tried to send me on my way. But little did they know I had marked my tires to make sure they were rotated. " they were not " Oil change was to be done " oil light was not reset and my oil still looked dirty " was it done who knows for positive but, I highly doubt it. Sad thing is? they had my car for almost 6 hours before they called to say it was completed. I have written proof of all of this including the refund receipt and the reason why the refund was returned written on there by the service manager. ZERO STARS if they would allow it!

I just purchased a vehicle from McNeill. Our salesman Jeremiah "Bullfrog" was very friendly, and efficient in completing the sale. The vehicle was fairly priced. The only people we had contact with were Kelly and Jeremiah and we were impressed with both. Thanks for the great service!

My car was having what I originally thought was some complicated electrical issues. After calling around and explaining the issues I was having with the car to a mechanic he told me that I would be better off taking it to the dealership. I'm not from the area and since I was stranded I had the car towed to the closest dealership which was McNeill Chevrolet. I was told I would be charged a diagnostic fee. Dealership called me and said they were having a hard time finding the problem. They eventually called and told me they found the problem - a blown fuse. It supposedly took 4hrs of labor to find out it was only a blown fuse. I'm a union electrician and checking the fuse/circuit breaker is the first place to check. The fuse/circuit breaker is the first place the average homeowner check when the power goes out. I find it hard to believe that it would take 4hrs for a mechanic working at a dealership to discover that's it's just a blown fuse. I spent $432 to have a fuse changed. I feel like since I was stranded they knew they had the upper hand and charged me whatever they wanted. I'm certain I was "hustled". A business shouldn't profit from their workers being d*** and incompetent.

I appreciate that they treated my 21 year old daughter like a human. From the moment Clayton introduced himself to the moment the last document was signed and keys were handed over she was treated with respect which meant a lot to me.

1 STAR BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ALLOW FOR ZERO STARS ******* SCAM ARTIST ALERT ****** NEVER BUY OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR REPAIRS OR EVEN BASIC MAINTENECE Caught them red handed stating they provided services to my vehicles that they were not doing! I have all Documents and Pictures to prove. For a long time now going back to when I had my 08 chevy truck. I always took it for oil change and tire rotations. I would notice little things like they for got to air tires up, or fill fluids up, or reset oil light, ect ect. then I bought a 15 and same thing, But then I started to realize that my tires were not rotated. I could tell they didn't rotate them even thought they charged me for it! however I had no proof. I raised my concern with the Service Manager. He said he believed they did it and that the reason my tire pressure hadn't changed from the time I brought it in was because the sensors were not reset. ( That's total BS please look it up like did on how they work ) Oil light was not reset ect ect. So the last time I took my wifes Malibu in and I caulked the tires so I knew what position they were in before I had taken it into them. and again it was written up that the did oil change tires rotated and car wash. car was not washed, tires were not rotated. oil light not reset. so I Called them out on it! of course they have every excuse known to man from just a lazy employee, to it must of got over looked, ect ect.
