Pharm in a constant state of change. You get to know them and they disappear . Pharmacists are different every time I’m up there. Been a customer for over 15 years. The latest screw up was only providing a 30 day supply when the Dr clearly indicated a 90 day supply on the scrip. Had to question the Tech to get him to check the scrip. There was supply in stock but the pharm had to follow the proper procedure for dispensing causing me to have to come back to pick up. This was for a subsistent medication I have used for years. I’m starting to loose faith in this units ability to dispense medications quickly and accurately. The embedded procedures need to be revised ac the Techs have to do too many tasks on several computer terminals to be efficient. The system for storing filled scrips(most coming in filled off site) is archaic at best and causes many lost time searches that negatively effects thru-up.

Will not go back to here anymore. Only picked up two prescriptions and very expensive. Not their fault my insurance doesn’t cover much if not anything. I told them I’d pay out of pocket and I can pick up the next day. So I had called the next day to let them know my dr wanted me on something else and needed the order canceled because I won’t be picking it up. (Really felt bad.) So when I called, a lady answered and I believe her name was Dana? Very rude! Everyone there was friendly on phone, but her. I personally feel this place is more business than caring for patients.

Love everything about this krogers except the pick up location for groceries it takes up all of your regular customers parking spots it should be in the back of the parking lot with a camera watching it so your employees can walk out there why make your regular customers park far out this is why I haven't been coming here as much

Grateful for Kroger and their rewards. Don't advertise that you accept Apple Pay if your cashiers aren't trained on how to use it.

Our card got charged for someone else’s groceries of over $100! They showed us that indeed, our card got charged for someone with a different Kroger plus account #, name and address. Even though they showed proof of the mistake, they refused to refund us, saying it was our fault! Our Credit card company looked into it, saw the mistake and got us our refund. A week later, Kroger charged us again for the bill that was proven both by Kroger and our cc company to be Wrong! This place will scam you! Never had any issues like this with other Kroger’s.

This is my last trip to Swanton Kroger. I normally shop between Swanton and Defiance Kroger and am here around 630am but I came later so more items would be stocked. When heading to the check out there were no registers open at 8am?! As I did my shopping there was one register open, so I was confused. I asked the male worker if any registers could be opened since my cart was full. He said no, so I used the self check out. Many other customers were very frustrated and were also forced to use self check outs. Once all the scanners were filled with customers two women finally came over and told the male worker to call someone up. I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I'm also 39 weeks pregnant and had my two children with me while I'm have contractions (my due date is in 4 days). Whoever these three workers were, thank you for showing how much you care about customers (woman #1 long brunette curly hair, woman #2 older woman short blonde hair, male #1 older with pink shirt, tattoos, and thin eyebrows). I will now be shopping strictly at Defiance since there is always one register open and baggers to help pregnant women with their groceries.
