I just sat on hold for 10 minutes with no answer ? I have a 6 day old Baby and need to know if her medication went through to the pharmacy and if it's ready. And yet no answer like not even somebody saying to hold on a second.

Horrible. Never ready when they tell you& the male pharmacist is beyond rude.
