Beautiful facility, freshly renovated, immaculate restrooms, plenty of comfortable seating, desk areas with electrical/USB outlets for charging all your devices. Complimentary water - bottled or refill your own containers with the R/O spigot in the bright, clean kitchen whichalso includes vending machine with sweet and salty snacks. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loaner cars and rentals available too. They also recommended a local hotel that gave us a substantial discount when we stayed the night. Would definitely visit again!

Fast top off, threw the bird in the hangar quickly! The FBO is recently renovated and is fantastic. Full kitchen area and modern aesthetics inside. Zach was awesome and Lance did a great job getting the aircraft ready for my midnight departure. I will be back! Tier 1 hospitality and service.

If the flight has arrived they are really fast of loading if the flight is delayed you'll be waiting there for a couple hours

Has been quite a few years since I've been here. New construction going on now to refurb the fbo. Will be really nice. Our Merlin is based here. Service from entire staff is great. In long past days, I flew Falcon 20 aircraft for this company out of nearby Monroe, MI. That division has closed and they changed directions of their operations. All very good here.

No issues they are doing some construction to the facility. Friendly staff quick prompt service, loading was efficient and safe. No problems locating facility gps was 100 percent accurate. If you are picking up or del do not block the gate, gate 37 until told to.
