Room was really clean. Sheets clean. Bathroom smelled clean. Simple breakfast. Downside was the jets leaving airport in the morning. Would recommend this hotel if you didn't need to sleep late. Everything great.Noteworthy details: Food can be found 4 miles north of this location.

No one at front desk called rang bell and waited 15 minutes. Was leaving and they came outside to get us. Not much working at breakfast bar in morning.

Like an older woman, this once was a very attractive hotel, convenient right next to the airport. But time has taken a toll. Still well maintained, with friendly helpful staff, pet friendly, but with the airport almost closed to passengers the decor is looking dated, paint is fresh but been reaplied a little too often over the years, the included breakfast is not up to today's standards. Still a good stay if passing through Toledo area.

Great location, nice staff, and breakfast was good. The hotel is under renovation, but the hall carpets were replaced and rooms being worked on looks like they are getting worked over good. So this place may be nice in the future. The room sheets had stains, burn holes, and there was hair in the tub. The price was good and it suited my needs.

Property is under construction for remodeling. My room did not have a bed frame. The box springs were set on the floor. Felt like a college dorm. Property is touted as all non-smoking. Comforter on bed had cigarette smell. Power outlets did not have covers. There were temporary stick-on shades on the windows. Very thin. I had to change the toilet paper. When I took the old roll off, a brown liquid came out of the paper holder. GROSS! I was hopeful when I first walked on because the tile and carpet looked new and the room had the new paint fresh smell. Hopefully when construction is finished the accommodations will improve.

Wonderful staff. Anytime we've needed anything (for example new light bulbs, the vacuum cleaner, additional towels, or toiletries) they were happy to accommodate our needs promptly and with a smile. They have very comfortable beds, which was so nice after driving over 15 hours. The continental breakfast has a wide variety of very tasty food. We saw the head housekeeper, Kory, everyday. She was so pleasant, friendly, and thorough. My favorite part of our stay would have to be the warm indoor pool and soothing hot tub. As a Floridian, I found it so nice to be able to swim in a nice pool indoors while it was snowing outside. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Guy at front desk was very nice. Breakfast was good. It was a nice and quiet stay. Bad points, the pool area was very run down. Ceiling has holes and paint peeling and what looked like dirt or mold. The water smelled of chlorine but looked foggy. Didn't seem clean. Half of the lightbulbs were out so in the evening the pool area was real dark. The hot tub water was warm but the Jets didn't work and the knob was missing. door to pool was broke so you had to ask someone to open it if you wanted to go in. Reading the reviews it seems theses problems have been going on for a while. Rooms were clean but carpet looked dirty and wore out. Chair, table and dresser in room were old and chipped up. Rooms need updating really bad. If you're traveling and need to sleep for the night it is fine but if your looking for a little getaway and want to spend time at your hotel pool and the hotel is part of the trip you will be disappointed.

Super shady place. The overnight lady was very nice and accommodating. The guy in the morning said I wasn't charged the night before. I confirmed I was with my account and he said it wasn't in his system. He then wanted to take a copy of my card. I denied, and a couple of seconds later I had my receipt for the night. He tried really hard to get my card information and blamed the "problems" on the new night crew. The breakfast was sparse and the coffee was cold. It was an ok spot for a quick sleep. Use caution if you stay here.

Basic hotel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Carpeting was alittle dirty and poorly vacuumed. I pulled the night stand out looking for an outlet and found french fries, gold fish crackers and dust. Pool was clean, hot tub was hot. Breakfast included waffles and premade cheese omelets. I felt safe, easy location off the hwy.

This property has gone down hill. We stayed here 2 years ago with no issue. Last night was the last ever. First room wasn't cleaned, beds weren't made. Ok no big deal changed to a new room. Second room had a used wash cloth on the shower, lots of holes in the sheets and bed spred. Then we tried to go to bed and a bed bug or cockroach crawled on my mother. Changed rooms again at 1030 at night. 3rd room had a broken shower head. My brother and sister in law in another room had a broken bed that rolled them to the middle, as well as a broken shower. Either scalding water or frigid. However the staff at the front desk are very nice. Moved us without issue each time.

Very inexpensive. However, the entire hotel is very dated and in disrepair. Pool area is disgusting and the chlorine is so strong your eyes and nose burn just walking in the room. Entire hotel needs to be cleaned better and fixed up!

Decent price, safe location, clean hotel and room, staff has been friendly, great water pressure and plenty of hot water, wifi has been fine, fast and no issues with it. Located off semi busy road but overall quiet area with lots of restaurants, Kroger, Aldi, Dollar General, and Family Dollar within a few miles of hotel. King room is decent size with sofa (with pull out bed), desk and office chair and lots of lighting. A small airport directly behind hotel but it has been quiet here. Bed is firm but comfortable with big comfy pillows. Heat/air, microwave, fridge and blow dryer all work great. Down side - enterance is hard to see at night, no elevator and we are on second floor, which is inconvenient, and breakfast had very few options and leaves a lot to be desired. We ended up going out for breakfast. Overall we are happy with our stay so far and would get a room here again.

The room we had was very run down and out dated. The toilet was wobbly, the shower curtain was moldy, and the sink had chunks taken out of it. The light over the sink was constantly flickering. The pillows were lumpy. Front desk personnel were not always available, but they were pleasant. Overall not the best experience. Redeeming qualities: the beds were comfortable, the blankets and sheets were soft, and had sufficient amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, flat screen TV, and refrigerator. The pool area was only in fair condition, with visible surface finishing chunks missing from the bottom of the pool, making it not a pleasant site. The hot tub was very nice and in good condition. The continental breakfast was good, with a wide selection to choose from.
