My mother had a terrible accident occur at a store and chuck with the help of katie Day helped us through the whole process. We were treated as family and they did everything they could to get compensation for the accident. In fact, katie Day asked to keep in touch to let her know how my mom is doing . It was a positve experience and i would recommend this firm to anyone.
