LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE we have one 4" seam thay we have called about over 6 times, one of the first repairs was done with a bottle of glue and a borrowed screwdriver.the next day when my wife vacuumed things went from bad to worse. when we called them we were instructed to put a throwrug over it until they could get back!SEVERAL no shows inspite of the fact they live 1 mile down the road.they finally show up and get real nasty with my wife , so bad she felt the need to call police.. we will be hiring a real proffesional to fix this. DONT USE BOWERMANS.
