Wayne Homes is the best custom home builder you could possibly work with! From styling and pre construction decision making with Julie Hoffman to working with our field manager Tim Bush almost every day, we couldn't be happier.
My husband and I felt supported during every single step of the home building journey, and our house was even completed about a month early from initial timeline estimates! We had the pleasure of walking our home nearly every day and witnessed the cleanest and most transparent construction environment consistently, not once seeing a corner cut. Tim was attentive to all of our questions and was very easy to communicate with. You can tell this guy loves what he does and it was so reassuring to know we had such a passionate field manager taking care of where our family plans to grow and make memories for decades to come! Julie was so impressive with how she could navigate us from point A to point B in our decision making! She had great recommendations and it felt like she was in total lockstep with us and our dreams for every planning convo.
Post construction we noticed a marginal spec issue on one of our cabinets, and Wayne homes wasted no time sending workers out to fix the cabinet, free of any additional charge no questions asked. I have no doubts that Wayne Homes and specifically any home under the umbrella of Tim Bush, will do the right thing from start to finish.

Please use caution before going with Wayne Homes. The process at the beginning appears seamless, with your answers and concerns heard. However, once under construction things change. Field manager tells you one thing and does another, or simply says something different when asked. There is no customization as expressed by the company. It would be recommended to get things in writing from the field manager, or seek out another builder. We are still in the building process.

It was a great experience building with Wayne Homes, our field manager Tim Bush is amazing, he explained every step, kept us well informed and spent a lot of attention to detail. We have had minor complications, and Wayne Homes corrected them all in a timely manner.

Currently stage 4 of 11 and we couldn’t be happier with our field manager Tim! Really feels like he took the time to get to know us and our family’s needs and is taking the time to make everything right so we end up with the house of our dreams.

We had an awesome experience working with Wayne Homes. Abby was very responsive to the changes we wanted made during the design phase. We were going back and forth on a few items and she never balked at changing it from one way back to the way we had it before. Pam took the time to walk us through every step of the finishes selection process and didn't rush us to make a decision at any point. And Tim was just a phenomenal field manager. We were living across the country and Tim just went above and beyond to make sure we were kept appraised of everything going on and took lots of pictures and did video chats with us along the way so we could see first hand how the build was going. Will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

Wayne Homes is very attentive to the homeowners needs and goes above and beyond to make sure they deliver exactly what was requested. From color and design with Julie Hoffman to construction with field manager Butch Mundy we couldn't be happier. We did many design changes and all were delivered with excellent craftsmanship. Huge thank you to all the trades!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Julie Hoffman was a great help for designing our custom build. Daniel Trenner was the best field manager we could have asked for. Everything went smooth, if I build another home I would request Dan to lead the project.

Everything went smooth. We especially appreciated the extra effort to get us into our home well before the holidays. The overall craftsmanship is amazing. Butch is excellent, and exceeded our expectations in every way as our construction manager!

We absolutely love our new home!! It's so fun being in something that WE designed, seeing it come to life and now living here! We hope to have many, many wonderful years here with our family and friends. Thank you for partnering with us on our journey.We felt like we weren't just some number or line item on a spreadsheet, we felt like they really cared the whole time. They got to know us. The design process can be a little overwhelming, but they did a great job walking us through it. Our field manager was incredible! Always responsive to any need or question I had (and I ask a lot of questions lol). Always communicating with us, giving us updates through the entire build. He had our best interest in mind, and any time he could effect a positive change on our behalf he would.I think you'll love your home if you build with Wayne!

Phenomenal customer service and overall experience. Everyone at Wayne homes was a pleasure to work with. We had fun with our whole team and it took a lot of the stress out of each process. From the floor plan, interior design, and field management, we really couldn't ask for a better experience.

My daughter built her first home with Wayne homes. The quality is horrible. They had to have the ceiling fixed, because water from the bathroom upstairs was leaking. Really bad patch job. The closet doors wouldn't shut, or had the handle pushed all the way through the door. The tile in the master bath is uneven. The plumbing in the guest bathroom was in the wrong place. So Wayne homes decided they would fix the vanity by cutting a hole in the drawer. The handle already fell off the bathtub. They were supposed to close in December. Six months later they're still "fixing" things. Go elsewhere. It's a nightmare.
