Very knowledgable staff friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They know their stuff, try different bits, ask if you need any help and even have a part for a 35 year old tiller in stock. I went in needing a special sized drill bit to replace the pilot bit in my hole saw. They helped me try different bits out to make sure I got the right one. They really know their stuff and we're super helpful.
