Very happy with the service we received from Von!! We stopped in because we both needed new phones but didn’t want to wait long. It was clear that Von knew what he was doing and he got us in/out with 30 min. Great service!! Thank you Von!

Derek was the nicest Verizon worker I have ever met. I went in on a budget and they were able to work with me. I have had some good and bad experiences at Verizon and this was definitely the best they gave me a good chunk of money off of the new phone with the trade in even though it was broken. I highly recommend this place ask for Derek he is great

Customer representative was very accommodating, I had come in a couple weeks ago and the woman wasn’t willing to help us upgrade and we walked out without phone. Derek helped us get new phones and add a line! He was great!
