Be very aware that most likely you’re going to get the wrong mail delivered to you. It happens here all the time. I live in Galena. I had a package shipped to me that was supposed to be signed for and it was insured. It was very expensive and they left it in the mailbox. I was home. They just didn’t read their instructions.
I have lived here for almost 16 years and once the regular driver retired, I’ve had nothing but mixup in my mail packages from the neighbors across the street down the street, etc.

Terrible service. 2 packages lost in the past few weeks. Mail is always missing and I get other people mail almost daily.

I’ll purposefully drive an extra 10 minutes here versus the debacle that is the Westerville Post Office from now on. Maria is the best!!

Absolutely unprofessional, garbage service from Eddie. He sounds like he's playacting being an adult. Eddie, take off your dad's dress pants, use your prepubescent voice, and give it up, man. You're terrible at your job and need several years of maturing and then you still won't be good enough. Through no effort of yours and your postman power trip, our package was delivered. What a loser.

I decided to try this post office near work because my local one has horrible customer service. I've been dealing with a delivery issue for over two months, and after speaking with a customer service rep, I was told to come into a post office to get a partial refund. I explained the situation to the manager and showed her the emails from the CSR and she resolved the situation. She stated they are under new management and trying to improve the customer service of this post office. I returned the next day to ship a package and it all went very smoothly.

Didn't want to even give a star..we have had a box for 43 years.. this past year has been horrible!!! I get other people's mail all the time.. I've had several packages returned to sender because it didn't have my PO # on it but most of my mail didn't have my # but they put that in my box..I called today because I got a noticed that a package was being returned..I called right away and he refused to put it in my box..I think a mailbox is going up on the curb this week.. the fees to have a box are ridiculous. And the service is terrible.. the guy I talked to Sat said it was against the law to put mail in my box with out my po# on it...I researched and never found such law..went today to get my mail..5 pieces of mail with only my address..no po#..so I asked the clerk on duty why my package was returned but I have 5 pieces of mail in my box and she said it's not a law but they are to busy to look up my Box #...customer service after 43 years is terrible.. I've had to pay to have packages resent... pulling my box... I'm done

If I could give zero I would. Mail carrier refuses to close mailbox. I have seen them deliver mail and they don't even bother trying to close the box.

The management at this post office is absolutely horrible. If they were this horrible at any other job they’d be fired.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was supposed to receive a package with delivery confirmation but the driver didn't ring the doorbell, and failed to leave the pink slip until the next day in my mailbox. I chased her down with the slip and asked her where my package was, telling her I requested a redelivery to which she acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, and I had to go to my local branch. So frustrated I drove down to the Sunbury branch and asked for my package and to talk to a manger. Instead of a manager coming out they called the police on me. I had a great conversation with the Sunbury Sherrif. They were all very cordial and nice unlike the staff at the Sunbury Post Office. Next time I'll use FedEx to ship. They actually redeliver, don't lie and don't call the cops if you complain.

Teresa is the only positive about this location. My carrier is horrible. I haven't had mail delivered in 2 days and counting. Even when it is delivered, I get mail for other addresses that aren't even close to us. I don't ever put mail in the box to send out because I don't trust the guy to take it.

The woman who works at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. She made my day with her kindness and laughter!
