While the place is usually pretty clean and the employees are respectful for the most part…. The air in this place is always stagnant and the odor is awful. This has been this way since its new construction was finished. Pretty shocked nothing has been done about it and I can’t imagine that it’s very healthy for the employees….

my name is Kamal and I worked for TrueNorth for the 6th month with honesty, today I told Robert the store Manager at Sunbury that please tell to Anna ( employee) that she needs to talk me politely in front of customers Also I told to Robert that I need to talk with Brad Sir the Zone Manager to transfer me to another store.
Robert told me that you're fired.
I would like to write that your Manager Robert is disrespectful and impolite person. he behaved me very badly and he didn't have logic.
I always helped Sunbury store in though situation but Robert give me a reward that you are fired.

RESOLVED!Carwash tore the trim off my truck and they told me it was my fault for using their car wash. It was factory not aftermarket piece. Very discouraging. Told them to check the camera because I had to go back in and get the piece. Wish I could give 0 stars!

The store is neat, clean, well organized and has a wide variety of convenience store items. The restrooms are fairly clean and maintained. The lot is in excellent shape and is well maintained.
