This store is my absolute favorite and go to sketchers location for my whole family. The store is always so clean and stocked. Customer service is always 10/10. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Tiffany and Sara and both of them have went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted and make sure we left happy.

I’ve been in that location many times, it’s always very clean and well put together. The crew there is always very helpful and will to help the customer. Still waiting for the Embid’s to make it there, and maybe some insoles. Will be back soon!!!!

I went on Monday, August 26, I was measuring some shoes to decide which one I was going to buy, I had already selected a pair and was choosing the other, when they announced that it was closing time, they turned off the lights and of course we couldn't finish to select the missing shoes and much less cancel the one I had already chosen. The employee was very rude and poorly educated. Even when we left, the door was locked and we couldn't open it to leave, and she didn't even come to help us.

Unacceptable Racial Discrimination and Unlawful Detainment at Sketchers Tanger Outlets Columbus
I had an incredibly distressing experience at the Sketchers store in Tanger Outlets Columbus on August 8th around 5:15 PM. After purchasing two pairs of shoes, I was about to leave the store with my mother and 8-month-old daughter when we were stopped by a blonde female manager, possibly named Amanda. She accused us of stealing a shoe we had tried on and refused to let us leave until it was found.
Despite my urgent need to care for my infant daughter, we were forcefully detained, which was both humiliating and completely unwarranted. The missing shoe was eventually found on a visible shelf in the store, proving that her accusation was baseless. I mean, who in the world would steal a single shoe? The very notion is ridiculous and offensive.
What makes this situation even worse is that after this whole ordeal, we received no apology whatsoever. I strongly believe that we were singled out and treated this way due to our race, as we are Asian. This discriminatory and unlawful behavior is unacceptable and a violation of my rights. I’ve already reported this incident to the Local Police Department.
I urge Sketchers to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the manager involved. This kind of treatment should never happen to anyone.

Nice store. I've liked the shoes I have purchased there. I recently ordered shoes online from them. I was mailed the wrong size and had to run back up there to return them and reorder the correct size. I was charged a tax described as a mall tax/order tax. This was during the Ohio tax holiday.
I never did understand the reasoning for the tax. My wife's shoes purchased separately were tax free. Other than this issue I'm generally happy with my purchases.

I was there with my mother today. The store was busy but Jayden took the time to help us find the shoes we were looking for while also assisting other customers all with a smile on her face and very friendly personality. She went above and beyond to help us.

Today I went to store to buy shoes I was on the phone with my friend try to show him the shoes because he want one too the lady who work over there come and take the shoes in front of me by a bad way she is very rude I take to manager about her she do nothing that's very rude way with the customer

Poor selection of work boots. Only 1 type of safety toe boot which Walmart sells they same for cheaper and 2 safety toe hiking which also could get from bix stores. PLUS I went to buy the boots since I was there but specifically asked the girl if I could get a receipt which specified "safety" since my company requires this for reimbursement. She said "certainly " yet after I paid for them it said nothing but the model number so I returned them right then as I hate being lied to in order to make a sale.

OMG what great customer service I experienced at this location. I was there 04/03/2024 and needed slip-on shoes. It looked like there was a new coworker being trained by someone named Bridgett. I think she was a manager. I was in line watching her train Layally and she was very patient and detailed in teaching her. I needed help so I flagged Bridgett down and she came over and was very helpful. When we couldn't find what I needed she quickly went to the back on two occasions and found what I needed. We then proceeded to the checkouts where she continued her training with the new coworker. My experience was great all around and I shopped here befor and have always received good service. Thanks Bridgett and Layally.

I called the store, looking for a pair of discontinued shoes and received amazing customer service from Brigett!! Although the shoes had not been available in that store, she remembered that a pair had been returned earlier that week, checked the size (which was amazing the size I needed), and held them for two days until I could pick them up. Thank you Brigett for being polite, helpful, but overall friendly !! The shoes were a surprise for my daughter, and she absolutely loves them.

The store had a nice selection, but too loud to shop in. I went with my dad, who is hard of hearing. The store's music was so loud that he could not hear me at all. I asked the person at the desk to turn it down and explained why - that I was with a person with a disability. A very nice employee turned it down, but 10 minutes later, someone else (I am assuming not her) turned it right back up. We left because we couldn't hear each other. Note to management: it's a store, not a bar. Turn the sound system down and train all employees to react appropriately when someone states they have a disability.
