The SKECHERS Factory Outlet can be frustrating to shop at. The selection is often limited, and popular sizes sell out quickly. Staff aren’t always attentive, and the store can feel disorganized at times, making it hard to find what you need.

My husband and I had a fantastic visit to the Sunbury Outlet store. Natalie was our customer service expert who brilliantly assisted us in selecting three pairs of shoes. She also informed us to join their loyalty club for an extra 10% off our total purchase.
The pricing was excellent but more importantly was her knowledgeable advice to our questions. She listened to our needs and met them. We were extremely pleased and told the manager Sarah as we checked out.
We will certainly return and ask for Natalie
for future purchases.

It's okay, needed to return a pair of golf shoes ( the right shoe was tight on my foot, the left one was fine) that I ordered online and hoping I could get a replacement pair there, no such luck. They don't carry golf shoes in that store.

Found two good pairs, which was better than expected due to them being able to accommodate for two different sizes due to my feet being different sizes.
Laressa was a great help and was able to help me find a good looking option that fit perfectly.

We had exceptional service from Audria who was so friendly and helpful. We each found a pair of shoes that we love and appreciated the buy one get one half off deal plus the tax free bonus! A great shopping experience.

Loressa was awesome today. I asked her if they had a certain size in the back stock room. She kept looking into see found my size. I was told she climbed up shelves just to get my size. You don’t usually get customer service like that anymore. She was awesome.

I had the BEST customer service ever! I found what I needed for Christmas, but I give this five stars because when I was there, I was having issues with my daughter, and the outstanding associate came up and asked if I needed help. She was so kind as to help me; it truly made my day. Thank you, Ashley. You deserve all the kindness in the world!

This store is my absolute favorite and go to sketchers location for my whole family. The store is always so clean and stocked. Customer service is always 10/10. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Tiffany and Sara and both of them have went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted and make sure we left happy.
