Ruark and Sons has been the best company our entire family has gone to since I was a kid. They have worked on our families car for as I can remember. They are very honest, caring, having your best interest and safety in mind NOT there pockets. This is not just a random back yard hillbilly automotive repair that hires technicians on a daily basis. That's not how they operate. The Ruark Owners operate with integrity always in mind. The fact they have been around in the community for decades to help many people. I absolutely recommend Ruark and Sons. They have compassion, and they understand and they are upfront and honest. You simply dont get that at most places.

My family's been using Ruarks for probably over 20 years now and they're literally the only mechanic I trust. I've felt screwed over at several other mechanics but not Ruarks. Over several situations, they've gone above and beyond to fix my car quickly and have had very fair prices through it all. As I'm writing this, they've spent extra time this week just trying to get a problem fixed so we can take our car on vacation. They're great in their communication and I seriously can't recommend them enough!

Could not imagine a better experience or customer service. Great communications, good explanation of what was needed, competitive pricing and convenient scheduling. The clutch went out on my son's vehicle and this was our first experience with Ruark. Very straightforward process and work was completed on time as promised. Their after-hours pickup process was extremely convenient as we could not get there during business hours. Great experience with an honest, efficient business. Highly recommended!

I am writing this on behalf of my sister. She is from out of town (about an hour north) but works here in Sunbury. Her car broke down 10 minutes into her drive back home, so we had it towed here. They let her keep the car at their shop (while she stayed with me) until she was able to figure out her finances for almost a week and a half. They were patient with her and took care of the problem once we were able to figure out the financials on our side. Very knowledgeable facility and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
I also got a kick out of the humor on their website :)
