Had a 11:00 appointment scheduled. I called on my way to let them know I will be there but less than a few minutes late. They said no. I told him my gps says 11:01. They said it would be cancelled. I specifically asked and said even if I’m less than 60 seconds late you would cancel my appointment? Confidently said yes sir. Seriously?

Rich’s Auto Care recently serviced my F-150 and Lincoln MKX. I had additional work done on the F150 that was more complex involving the transmission. All work was done in a professional and timely manner. Bret and Erin are always courteous, knowledgeable and great communicators. I think they provide professional auto care at a fair price with integrity.

Would give 0 stars. Slipped on the Bathroom floors and got impregnated. 9 months later I have given birth to a Chris Dinglesworth jr. not a cool place. He looks like a ugly version of his daddy. A boiled egg. Not yummy .

Awesome service! I have become dependent on Rich’s for all my vehicle services. They are very good about scheduling appointments, they stick by the appointment times; whereas, I usually wait for my vehicle.
