I went here to see if I could find a specific type of shirt, I looked around for a minute, and then Issac assisted me. He was great he found what I was looking for right away, however, not in my size for the color I wanted. He also made a compliment. Great customer service. I went to the fitting room to try it, and another on and wow, the fitting room was a disaster. See in the pic attached. Not only was it a mess, I sat down for a second to respond to an email, and the lights went off on me as they were motion sensors I figured out. Suggestion maybe make them a little longer. So based on that, I give the store a 4. However, if that hadn't happened, Issac made it a 5. If this review helped you at all please mark as helpful and follow me for more reviews around the world.

Your website says open til 9, Google maps says open til 9, and if you call the number it says open til 9.I drove 20 mins to get here, and the lights are all on, but the doors are locked at 8:10pm. I call the phone number and it rings off the hook. Horrible experience!

The cashier was very nice, we spent some time talking and he was very personable.However we did not appreciate the associate who chose us as their target to follow around the store. After asking us if we needed assistance and we denied as we were only purchasing underwear, he chose then to follow us all the way to the register and watched me check out until I had left the store. Definitely not okay and we will not be returning.

Excellent customer service throughout the entire store. I had at least 5 different employees introduce themselves and ask me if I needed assistance with anything. Above and beyond my expectations.
