10:30 pm and no showers because nobody to clean them. Looking back I see review from 1 year ago same story. Kinda crazy you can get shower tonight unless you drive to Flying J and it’s full no parking this time of the night. That’s trucking for you in 2024 weeks need loves to open another real truck stop up.

Do not go here management thinks they are better than other employees. Went in to grab a shower oh I don’t have showers I have no maintenance but yet over 5 people working so they think their to good to clean or are they just that lazy won’t be stopping here any more

The big guy was super nice I was waiting on my shower dude was like hey I’m really sorry we’ll get you in as soon as one frees up. Sweet no problem figured I’m hungry I’ll get a Sammich at Subway. The young brunette took my order and I wanted different cheese she was like no problem she was helping the woman in front of me. Then this old lady asked what I wanted I told her a turkey bacon ranch wrap with pepper jack. Oh it doesn’t come with that it has cheddar Monterey Jack. Sorry I don’t like that cheese I want pepper jack. Right but we have to go by what the paper says I said that’s fine I’ll go to Burger King. She then proceeded to go well I’ll make it for you but it doesn’t come that way and we need to. I stopped her excuses and firmly told her I don’t want a Sammich now please stop guilting me on my selection of cheeses. It isn’t hard it’s a Sammich I’m the customer make the Sammich easy process. So I left no shower no Sammich screw this place

I recently stopped at the Pilot Travel Center, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit enjoyable. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and offered a wide range of amenities. The fueling process was efficient, and the variety of food options made it a convenient pit stop. Overall, a top-notch travel center that I highly recommend to fellow road travelers.

I would like to start off saying ur location in Sunbury pilot one with subway I think 14 well me and my wife stopped there to fuel up and use the restroom me and my wife was happy that this location was clean and the employees was so friendly We would definitely recommend this place to stop at thanks again Michelle & Mike for this amazing service it’s been awhile for this post this 3rd shift team was amazing 10/23/23

11/10/200252 hoursIt's frustrating this voice texting but I already erased my original review. Michelle is a fancy pants lol. Tough streetsmart wise beautiful Puerto Rican woman who moved here 16 years ago she works Monday through Thursday here I think has the most wonderful personality as I walk through the door, I told her I was harassing the other lady from Buffalo, who moved to Tennessee, and was passing through. She had a smile on her face also couldn't help but notice or after not being able to get a cup of decaffeinated coffee in the inner cities of Columbus.Thanks to this pilot I was able to get some including my EFS checks. Yes, I was going to fill up my igloo water drinking cooler. I haven't done it in a while to make sure I have filtrated water. I ended up getting my patented bell store insulated Styrofoam over top of my 44 ounce speedway Large quantity refill cup lol Michelle did not notice but we were having such a great conversation. I never really have a problem getting a refill out here trucking in America working on my super 10 speed transmission on my 99 freightliner. This is an exercise. I chose between Springfield, Ohio and Wooster Ohio, where my shop is OTTS diesel repair.Michelle Jesz is a steward of society. Thanks again Michele for making my visit. Great with your great personality and your happiness. You're a great representative of this company and keep a big clean house. Yes you do my friend Ruben to help me take the top of my engine off the Puerto Rican boxer mechanic, lol told me the Puerto Rican women run the house.Note to self turn speaker off when I go to copy and paste messages while posting on social media.

(10/24/23, 9pm) 35 hours of being awake, and I'm forced to return inside 3 times before the cashier could figure out how to put 15 dollars on pump 7. Needs FULLY TRAINED before you leave them on their own; not left without basic cashiering knowledge. Not a 1 star because the pumps were clean.

Not the worst, definitely not the best. Just okay. All the food around closed early so that was disappointing. Probably wont stop here again
