“I've been ordering here and there over the years, my first leather leash from here still looks good as new to this day. I've recently custom ordered a tan agitation collar, as this seems to be the only place i can find agitation collars in a smaller size for my dainty malinois mix. The customer service was excellent, i was emailed confirming my order along with the timeframe it would take to make and then again when the collar was in the mail - weeks before the date given. I had to come back for a leash to match, both withstand my dogs tugging.”
“I have taken all three of my dogs to be groomed by Ruben and he was amazing! My husky that has fear aggression felt super comfortable with him. I'm really impressed with how my Golden got her hair cut and both of my huskies ended up looking.”

This was the only local store that had what I was looking for and the staff member was very helpful. I came back the next week and got her a new winter Sherpa that was on sale as well. What always brings me back is their seasonal toys, treats, and bandanas...they're just too cute!”

“This is the most organized Petco I have ever seen! The staff is very helpful too. They do not carry a wide variety of Temptations Cat treats, so I have to shop elsewhere for those, but they have a ton of dog and cat food options, including a lot of canned cat food flavors. They have Pro Plan dog food.”
“Everyone here is just too kind, ready to share a smile and make your visit worth it. From the professional at the cashier to the workers at the grooming station, everyone was just great. The service I used (grooming) was just the best I've had for my dog so far.”

“This is what customer service should be like. to be honest, I'm not a drive-thru person, but this guy made me change that. The warm welcome with a huge smile on his face made me feel that I had known him for years. Had a small chat with him to find out that he is the owner. He gave his employee a two weeks vacation so he could spend some time with his family, and the owner was working full-time every day to cover for his guy. I don't know much small business owner who would do that. Much respect to you man.
