This is what customer service should be like. to be honest, I'm not a drive-thru person, but this guy made me change that. The warm welcome with a huge smile on his face made me feel that I had known him for years. Had a small chat with him to find out that he is the owner. He gave his employee a two weeks vacation so he could spend some time with his family, and the owner was working full-time every day to cover for his guy. I don't know much small business owner who would do that. Much respect to you man.
